Your Journey

Over the next several months, you and your design team will engage in a set of experiences that will inspire, challenge, and prepare you to re-imagine your mental health and SEL supports for students. This journey will include a mix of three 1-day in-person convenings, an inspiration visit to a school or organization that currently supports the needs of the whole child, two advising sessions with a Transcend team member, and optional webinars.

Together, we will support you to assess the socio-emotional needs of your students and families, draft a vision for wellness for your school community, and develop a plan to advance your school’s new vision.

The outcome

School teams will leave this experience with a Mental Health/Social Emotional Learning Community of Practice Workbook that articulates a compelling case for change, captures your insights and beliefs about how to foster MH/SEL principles, and identifies your next steps to drive the work forward. Visit the Teams page for your individual links.
